don't be.it gives you energy but beware you will be starving lol. well I was an athlete so I still work out like one lol I can't work out for more than 1.5 hrs without starving

anything with with a ball and any exceeise intensity you're used to doing. if you ran 5miles everyday before you're pregnant you can run it throughout your pregnancy
