I know I'm a young mom, but I am defiantly not a "teen mom". What makes even less sense is I've been called that by both my mother and grandmother who had their first borns young. In y'all opinion is being 21 considered a "teen mom"?

older people say that because 25 is what they consider an adult age...you can't do a lot until then.. if you don't look in the right places.

@jaixi, I would understand that if my mother didn't have me at 16 and my grandmother having her older sister at 19. They both say that was perfectly okay then but not in today's day and age.

lol don't let it phase you ma. my mom pulled some dumbshit with me when hubby and I told her I was prego . she said I'm not grown because in our culture grown is getting your education.. college...when her and my father didn't finish college... they are being hypocrites. just don't mind them
