massage it. and breathe throughout the massage. it'll help your circulation and cause the pain to die down. It's better if someone else massages it for u that way it's not uncomfortable.. i have a wooden finger i bought to help with the back pain, my friend had back labour amd i used it on her... i could tell how greatful she was lol. it helped her almost immediately, but then again that's what i went to school for.. Pressure points .. so i have the trainin but really u can do it yourself. i do it to meself :)

Yeah I can barley stand and ice and heat don't much help I wanna cry every time I sit and stand....I didn't have back labor with my first son so I don't know what to do to help

it was horribleee -____- i about died ..i mean i kinda figured i would have back labor cuz when i get my period my back hurts but i wasnt ready for how bad it would hurt

I had back labor and didn't feel it at all, the doctors said that's doesn't usually happen and back labor is very painful.
