I'm back to feeling like I did at the beginning of my pregnancy where NOTHING seems to sound good to me.😩 So I eat bc I know I should and I just am not happy with anything I choose.

I always regret eating. After it feels like my stomach is going to explode
I will feel extremely hungry, but can't decide what I want. Then once I finally make something and take 2/3 bites I start feeling so full and uncomfortable. Wish there was a way to change that! Haha. @shortizzie59
