So is my daughter she was measuring 2 1/2 weeks farther than what she was throughout the whole pregnancy , and they should be able to stop them, if not then I hope for the best
I am aware that it's not the best for some people to have their babies early but my son is however measuring two weeks ahead and and I would be stuck at the hospital being that their would be no other way for me to tell when to come back being that my contractions are now back to back @havynsmomma0625
To be honest you don't want to go into labor right now, I know it's hell I've had one of the worst pregnancies my doctor has seen but it is definitely worth it all for the baby. I was stuck at 3cm for a month with very consistent contractions no medications worked on me and I was basically living in warm Baths to help the pain . Right now you're 36 weeks some babies don't know how the suck swallow breathe reflux along with the risk of jaundice being higher and lower birth weights . Full term is considered 37 weeks but U.S will not favor induction before 39 weeks because not only nicu cost but baby's health as well.
Something about they were inducing for no reason and to many babies were to pre term and causing more money to be spent on Medicaid and even private insurance because the baby was having to stay in the nicu @temeshawalker
Well it's against Texas law to induce without medical reason before 39 weeks @firstbaby_girl
maybe they want to see how much further along you get before you're dilated more
I need something lol they gave me morphine but it hasn't worked yet and they are giving me fluids to help stop contractions hopefully but it is only making them worse @aubree1993 @temeshawalker

Squats and try to get up and walk the halls
There isn't really a whole lot you can do in the hospital. If you are able to walk around try doing that.
They are keeping me overnight in the hospital @temeshawalker
They couldn't stop mine that's why they're inducing me today because I just hit 39 weeks
