Okay ladies how long did it take for you breast-feeding mama's to know when the Fenugreek pills kicked in for you?
I'm starting today to see what happens, also do I take three or two my bottle says three.

I saw a difference within a day my lactation consultant said to take three 3x daily

I got mine from gnc and says take 2. started 2 days ago.
