Okay ladies how long did it take for you breast-feeding mama's to know when the Fenugreek pills kicked in for you?
I'm starting today to see what happens, also do I take three or two my bottle says three.

I saw a difference within a day my lactation consultant said to take three 3x daily

Lol I know I quit taking them like that and started only taking 3 once a day and my supply has dropped quite a bit so I'm about to go by more and start taking them like I was
