I read that prenatal vitamins help make ovulation more successful. Your eggs are stronger and healthier which increase the chance of being fertilized.
folic acid helps I'm preventing nural tube defects like spina bifida and other things.. it will help supplement your body of nutrients you might not be reviving appropriate amounts of while ttc. the calcium also helps long term with bone degeneration that initiates from being pregnant because it takes such a tole on your body. also having DHA will help with brain development. it has alot of benefits and alot of providers suggest taking them a minimum of 3 months before conception and it's best to take them a year prior to conception.
