For me I was late with my milk coming in. It was four days after birth. But colostrum started early in pregnancy. This time around I'm wetting night shirts since eight weeks 😑 hahaha
no i wouldn't worry. if its close to your due date and you feel worried about it, ask your doctor about it. he/she might help you by giving you tips to help your milk come in.

Lactation means that your body is making milk and leaking milk. Or if in the beginning stages means your leaking colostrum
