so I'm 14 weeks today and the night before last I dreamt very vividly of myself waking up and going pee and having a miscarriage. it was so terrifying I couldn't go back to sleep for a long time :(

I had the same dream. It freaked me out too. I went to the restroom so many times to wipe just to make sure. :(
