I got really overheated after walking out of my house and getting into the car WITH the air conditioner left on about 10 minutes before I left. Had to have my dad pull the car over because my vision got so blurry right before I puked. Now I'm really light headed and my headache is still here! Having pains in my back and stomach. Not bad pains but more than usual to where I'm a little worried. So my mom brought me to the ER just to make sure me and baby are okay. Praying that my little one is healthy and we can go home soon!

you are ok , you probably were just dehydrated. but yes stay hydrated . plenty of water

@monilovesautumn I drink water constantly so I'm not sure why it would be dehydration. But I'm hoping that is all it is.

If it is dehydration keep drinking water but also add in like vitamin water or Gatorade, anything with electrolytes .

I'm in Phoenix AZ and I'm 38 weeks pregnant I know the struggle too we of being pregnant in terrible heat since we're at 116 today.
