I would say you're doing good. Even with eating subway cause that's much healthier than fast food you could be eating.

Water and lots of veggies are top on my list!!! Plus lots of protein rich foods. Sounds like you eat well

Subway's bread is gross I would avoid it if I were you. And I consider healthy foods anything that is not processed and that you can make at home with whole ingredients (veggies, milk, organic chicken or meat, yogurt, etc)

I may eat fast food twice a month. But I eat fruit, veggies, a lot of water, meats, dairy, wheat and my man's step mom said I eat unhealthy.

I've heard salmon is a pregnancy super food
