so I'm 24 weeks now and the foot and leg cramps that wake me out of a dead sleep can ease up now! ! they are every night! ! and excrushiating!! please! ! im a nurse I dont get sleep as it is! lol
Coconut water! It saved me! I was having horrible cramps every night until someone suggested it. It has 4x the potassium as a banana and magnesium both which help with cramps. I drink vita coco, yaco or one other brand I can't remember the name of they also have flavored ones so good!

lots of water and bananas helped with mine. Gatorade too. I know it's not the best to drink but it helped.

Couldnt go to the hospital until I put my boys to sleep. Now that their sleeping I just might wait until tomorrow.
omg so I have no money and I can't even find a mattress to sleep on. I'm sleeping on the floor in my own home. it's ridiculous I'm 22w&2d; pregnant now it's uncomfortable now.
