ugh , my daughter will not sleep in her bassinet, as soon as I get her to fall asleep and I put her in the bassinet she wakes up screaming her head of ten minutes later and if by chance she actually stays asleep it's for like maybe a 30 minutes to an hour . I get so frustrated because as soon as I pick her up she wants to eat and she's just wide awake .... ugh

what I had to do when my daughter. was that little to get her to sleep was roll receiving. blankets up and tuck them under her it should help her feel like she is being held.. which.in my opinion. is the prob with most newborns. they feel like they are not being held when you put them. down which.is something they are not use to so they cry I hope it's works out for u
I swaddle mine up real snug like but not too tight and rock him into deep sleep. Then set him down. It seems to work most times. I also ensure I put him down after he is fully fed. Any other time, it wouldn't work at all.
