So I tried the pumping technique, and it started some contractions. I've done 50 squats, and I'm about to walk up and down my stairs. I'm determined to get this labor started. lol.

Meditate and have a conversation with your baby. Invite them to join you outside and ask the baby to come soon. I hear it works but you have to be focused and calm.
