I don't need judgement from anyone, so if you have harsh comments take them somewhere else- because I will not tolerate them.
I'm seriously miserable. My dr wants to let me go until 41 weeks before doing anything to help induce labor. I'm afraid that if I wait that long then I will have to have a c section because my baby will be to big for me to push out. I was 105 pounds before pregnancy, I have gained 45 pounds. I've been gaining weight like crazy these last few weeks, like 5 pounds per week. Even if I try to watch what I eat, and have a strict meal plan I still gain a minimum of 3-4 pounds. I'm considering using my breast pump to get my contractions stronger, I've tried walking, squats, lunges, stretching, everything naturally possible to get them closer but it's not working. Basically my question is if I pump do I store the milk that I get out or should I throw it out?
Also, don't suggest castor oil or anything like that. I'd like to keep it as natural as possible, thanks ladies. :)
The colostrum that comes out if you pump is great for baby!!! Save it in the freezer.
I would ask if you can get a second opinion sometime doctors are hard headed
I've also been told my hips are so small, that I may not even be able to birth her naturally because they won't spread enough. (I was told even if she was only 7lbs I would probably have problems.) @laugh94
I'll definitely try the pineapple!! @ce5ce
@preggiemommyincorona I've already tried both, like on a daily basis. Lol
@babybump3 I've been having contractions since 35 weeks, just nothing strong enough to make me dilate. My dr said if I could get them stronger then I should be fine with dilating though.
@elenaj thanks for the info!
i ate a bunch of pineapple, kiwi and mango. and walked a lot. and was still 3 days late.
well I know for a fact pumping might help start labor...my sister was six months pregnant and still breast feeding her 2 years old, and her doctor made her stop because she started having contraction...so I say pump pump pump it up lol, as for storing or throwing the milk away, I'm not sure lol
awwww I'm sorry you're miserable. have you tried eating the middle of a pineapple and as much of the flesh after that. I heard the core helps with starting labour. it's tough but it's edible. I froze mines into popsicles😁😁
I had to go over a week and my baby was 9lbs.. Had her natural. I mean I had the epidural because I was induced but I didn't have any issues... And I tried everything on Google to try and start labor nothing worked... I even went to the zoo and walked ( waddled more like it ) and it didn't do anything...
@cray.xo, oh I'm sorry girl! I wasn't told that... But I hope it goes just the way you want! And good luck!
