I dont think I could be more stressed...How do you get either one if you have neither and the dmv says you have to have a ss card for an ID and social security says you have to have a picture ID for your ss card!? Im about done with this shit... The government is fucked up in so many ways its unreal...

SS Card So... I let the hospital order the SS Card so I didn't have to after having the baby. Well. It's yet to arrive. I called SS office and they were less than helpful. Now I'm trying to not stress. That's a bad document to get lost in the mail!
In order to get your ID you need you SS card and in order to get you SS card you need you ID? What if you don't have them which is why you are trying to get the other.? Smh I hate this damn place

I don't like liars!! Why lie?! I lost the people i loved most to cancer! That's not something to fucking joke about! I lost all respect for you! And if you really do have cancer why lie on mom life saying it was for a hole in your stomach?it just makes no sense to me!

damm that's crazy.. well shit I don't know. Ion understand that though. The government is all screwed up, cause it has to be some kind of way.. They just don't won't to help. cause I went with my birth certificate and it worked to get my DL.

I'm surprised they asked your ss card. My dmv office only asked for my birth certificate

I didn't have anything I took my birth certificate got my voters registration took that my birth certificate and marriage certificate to the dmv and got my drivers license used that to get my ss card

I just went through this I took my birth certificate marriage license and they sent me to get my voters registration card and it worked

wtf that's bs. i don't know then. you may need to call social security and ask can you bring your birth certificate. it has to be a way around this..
