I've been feeling him regularly since about 18 weeks. Only down in my lower abdomen though and then at times it feels like he's rolling around, it feels weird.

I felt flutters at 20wks and everyday after that first time I could feel her kicks get stronger. Now at 29wks she doesn't kick nearly as much but she rolls and flips all the time. My placenta is in the front tho so that changes things for me a bit

I'm not sure if your doctor has mentioned where your placenta is located yet...but my doctor told me that mine was in the front which is very common but causes you to feel movement later !
