On this day 35 years ago my mom gave birth to me at 27 weeks. She was immediately told to pray and only God would keep me alive. I was 2 lbs and 2 ozs... I stayed in the hospital for 4 months back then. After my release my parents were told I wouldn't live past a certain age and if I did I would have some challenges. Well....... God saw things differently. I'm here a mom of 3 with one on the way, a wife, sister, a friend, and many other hats. When I see the ladies post pictures of their baby in the nicu, or born prematurely my heart reaches out to you. I don't know what it feels like as a mother but I know how I feel listening to what my parents went through at the time. I'm so glad God has the final say 🙏🏽
