Need some information about Grandparent Rights, and what they can get in the state of Ohio. Can they use proof from two to three years ago? Also if both of us witnessed them doing any thing not right to the kids, would it be hear say? I don't know if this grandparent is really going to fight to get it but just want to know what they really can do? Right now it would be visitions if any thing. Because she would have to prove us unfit to parent our kids for taking them.
Also wondering if you can call CPS and tell them I willing to let them see them but only if they are supervised.

I would contact a lawyer that specializes in that subject so your questions are answered better. You can Google them and call they are always more than happy to answer your questions. :)

@shelbyann, I would but the last time everyone wanted money. this is the second time she has tried to do this. I guess the last time the lawyer told her she didn't have a case. I don't really know or care. to me it's to blow smoke up our butt and scare us. I have Googled most of what I can. what I am wanting to know if any parents have gone through this process and what it took.
