How do you no your milk is coming in?

I leak milk now and it's getting to the point it soaks through the pad bra and my shirt

@havynsmomma0625, oh wow never had that happen even with my 1st pregnancy.... I breastfed but never had leakage before my son was born

I remember my milk came in the day after I gave birth, and I got chills and body aches.
