@janice128, very true every doctor is different. I only have had two. My first one and then the one for the anatomy scan

I had my first one done at 7 weeks 4 days and again at 12 weeks and so on I get another one done at 30 weeks, did my sugar test Friday. So that's the first I heard ppl not get one done to determine how far long you are. But every doctor is different

20 weeks? um where do you live? I never heard of that . around 20 weeks is when you find out the gender . that's very odd .

yea you supposed to get one at 8 weeks unless they consider you high risk then it maybe 6 weeks . then another at 12 weeks and so on ... around 15-18 weeks you take your first glocose test so they can test for gestational diabetes. ... you need to ask your doctor or call your insurance company and see if you can switch doctors because that's ridiculous

@monilovesautumn, is right @tmoschetti06 @momma_beffers you are supposed to have one around 8 weeks which is usually your first appointment. Mine was only early because they thought I was 8 weeks but ended up being only six you should ask your doctor ladies.
