What can I do to start labor last week I went to triage labor and delivery and they toll me that I was 2 cm dilated and I was feeling small contractions and lower back pain . Can u have contractions in your back ?

Castor oil is a strong laxative , it works on some women because the irritation to the digestive track and bowels can cause contractions. The only ones that are proven to work are sex nipple stimulation and walking or bouncing on a birthing ball. Just be careful if you do use nipple stimulation, it can cause your milk duct to clog and decrease your milk supply if it's done wrong. Nothing will work if baby and body aren't ready, I've been stuck in early labor (sadly back labor) for three weeks at 3cm dilation and trust me I know it sucks but the longer baby is in there the more development and more weight is gained, it's all worth it.
Unfortunately nothing will work unless your body is ready. I was stuck at a 2 for nearly a month and am now a 3 with no such luck. Sex and nipple stimulation are the only thing proven to work. I've heard castor oil does but I'm too afraid I'd just poop all over myself.
I took castor oil.. Bad idea.. It was nasty, and all I did was poop and it hurt.. Sorry if that was tmi.. But I tried everything ended the sun and nothing worked.. He was still a week late. Hopefully that doesn't happen for you!! @adriana1993

Raspberry leaf tea , curb walking , exercise ball , sex , sex , sex lol , I did it but don't recommend it castor oil , pineapples
