my daughter has that as weel use the hydrocortisone 1% along with eczema moisturizer i.barely see my daughter's anymore i put it on her twice a day

@paradisemama, put that on your baby face so she doesn't scratch it and

with the other cream soothes it and u should see a difference in a few days

my baby girl had the SAME thing when she was like 3 weeks old. I used Aquaphor, it worked great. I use it for everything now.

It could be eczema but usually that's recurring , I think it's just a rash but after the aquaphor it cleared up in a few days and she never got it again.

you can get it at walmart or any pharmacy. It should be in the lotion isle.
