I'm sure it'll be fine! The aveeno line is awesome because it has no fragrance and clears up rashes! I use it on myself!

looks like prikley heat or heat rash. if she got warm
Looks like baby acne or eczema to me...aveeno makes eczema products for babies that work very well also baby aquaphor works amazing
