@lovelyadre, 30 min. He ends up using my nipple as a soothing method and falls asleep with it. But I also pump every few hours for 10 min because I have this problem where my breasts gets all hard and painful

@meganc, lol I have always water bottles at every corner! Feels like I ran a mile 😂 no wonder Breast feeding makes us lose weight

Ahhh lol. I wish I was loosing weight. Now I strictly pump so I'm a little less thristy but keep water bottles around like no other!!!

@meganc, if I don't latch, this kid criesssss! I don't even know if he's drinking and how much so I pump no matter what. I def lost all the swelling . Do u use the medela? It's the best pump invented!

Chug that water! It helps keep your production up! If you have the feeling of thirst it means your body is already dehydrated.

@klachappelle, oh yikes I need to drink more often then because it happens a lot and I feel light headed!

Yes, water is one of the best things for you. Think of it this way, your body is ` water or something close to that, you need to keep it hydrated 😃
