yes its normal for them to slow down bcuz of limited space. As long as he is still moving 10 times within 2 hours then you should be good

my baby does the same thing to me all the time and I get all worried then before you know it they are kicking wildly in there lol but yeah  try cold water and laying down. it'll take a minute but you should start to.feel little kicks
