just recently started getting sharp stabbing pains in my upper abdominal area right below my breasts. should I be worried?

I've had some BH in my upper abdomen. Maaaaybbe. I would time them anyway if you can and then if they get worse or anything just call your dr or l&d and ask if you could go in
i mean they are in my UPPER abdomen right before my breasts. I don't think these are contractions.
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
