clean around the button but don't put alcohol directly on the raw part. My little ones fell off too early and they had me clean around it with alcohol swabs to keep it clean

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
dont clean with alcohol, it also kills the good cells trying to grow. just take a cottok swab to it and make sure its not to moist down in there.
