So not too long ago I had posted that I was having really bad lower abdomen pain on the right side well I still have them and it's causing me problems while I walk it hurts really bad to walk, get up from bed, even lift my leg up 😞, and even to lie on my back ...
I read online that round ligament pain shouldn't last more than few minutes but my pain NEVER goes away .. I'm worried now ..

Google the office you attend and they should have a 24hr nurse number for you to ask questions @flower_princess

I don't have an answering service with my midwife either. wait until the morning if it's not super painful and it's like contractions and call them if you are that concerned go to the hospital. better safe than sorry.

They will feel like bad period cramps that Will come and go, but they won't just stay painful, usually contractions don't go away or lighten up when you move. I have round ligament pain and it's more noticeable at night.

try taking a warm bath and wear pants that have the elastic to hold up your stomach.

That's not contractions love. call your OB today. tell then your concerns
