Gotta see my midwife this afternoon. thinking of canceling. I can't even get outta bed. this pelvic and sciatica pain is no joke! Thank God It's hubby's day off.
Best advice is Tylenol but if you're not one for medicine then you can lightly stretch for the sciatic nerve pain, yoga ball helps me a lot because I'm not one that runs to Tylenol every time pain hits, and then for the pelvic pain you can do some prenatal yoga as well to help the ligaments and lay down on your side with a thick pillow between your legs up against your pelvic bone, it helps the ligaments as well
