Yesterday I had a headache for like the whole day and I thought I'd I sleep well and stay in the bed more then usually it'll help(always works for me), but it didn't, I still have it :(
What do you girls do to ease a headache? No drugs, please

i get headaches all the time n i used to take ibuprofen but i was worried about potential health problems from taking so much i did some research and found out that caffeine can help with minor headaches so a started drinking a cup of coffee for my headaches works like a charm for me. or if it's late at night n i don't want to lay in bed awake i drink sleepy time tea works like a charm
@anastay.p that's normal, could just be the pregnancy hormones. try some Tylenol if nothing else helps
@kingryansmom, unfortunately I can't do it, I'm out of town and I don't have devise for this purpose :( but I'll ask if they have it here

try warm wash cloth on your neck and putting your feet in cool water. if that does not work have a cup of coffee. both open your blood vessels
@disneybaby1011, just did that, didn't help. Maybe cold pad will work? It was too hot yesterday
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Went to bed last night with a huge headache... I wake up with the same headache and Tylenol is not doing anything 😢😕😵😒. Anybody knows a good remedies for that?
I laughed so hard. My little brother had to do a family tree not too long ago and he needed our help. What a headache!!! Lol. I love my huge family though :)

Any of you mommy's to be have any awful headaches? I am 15 w 4 days and I wanna say my headaches started around 12.5 - 13 weeks (I never had any morning sickness this whole time) so these headaches are just awful! I no longer drink coffee (here and there) but I do drink one cup of tea a day and it's helped, but today this bad boy came out of know where! ?
