having such a hard time trying to get a car seat. money is so tight where I stay. i'm 3 weeks from my due date and have yet to get a car seat. they are so expensive

Not sure i know most do you can always call and ask bc i know most medical insurances can cover it
When i had Emelia they asked if i had a carseat or if i needed one!

yea , they will tell you that they can find one for you . because by law you can't leave the hospital without a car seat. they can get sued

my hospital did with my daughter it was a gift I didn't even ask. they not going to let you leave the hospitalwithout a car seat so they should be able to give you one

somebody said something about the fire departments do that but I don't think they do here. @monilovesautumn but I've never heard the hospitals doing that

tell then hospital. I think they give you free ones .
talk to your local wic office they can usually point you in the right direction to getting cheap or even free baby stuff
trust me someone will have a car seat . even if you have to stay an extra day longer the baby can't leave
