Yes definitely gently pull the skin back and clean it after every change. If nothing is helping his diaper rash call the doctor and they will prescribe something for him.

yes you should be pulling everytime. wiping bathing and baby powder and ointment. thats so sad and scary! i would let him chill a little without a diaper and find a diff diaper cream

if his booty is raw to the point the bumps are bleeding a little bit, mix some corn starch in his baby powder, it will clear it up asap

and maybe his skin can't take the pampers, try changing pamper brands

My dr told me not to pull back anything she said it won't need to be pulled back for awhile. Leave it alone. Pretty much what @blue_87 saying. Idk about the butt thing.

I thought this might help. I found this online while I was doing some research, because I do not plan to have my son circumcised at all and I had no idea how to care for a infant boy uncircumcised. Almost everywhere on the web will tell you to never pull the skin back as it might cause harm to the little one. But only you know what's best for your sweet boy. @overthemoon

@overthemoon, glad to help, also if he's having diarrhea after his feeding, I would suggest, start keeping tract of when it's worse than others times so you can figure out what is causing him to have it. E.g. The mix of Breast and formula, or a reaction to something you've eaten that is coming out in your milk. Good luck with everything. I'll say a lil pray for his cute lil booty! 😄

@blue_87, whaaaaaat, I didn't know you weren't supposed to pull it back. I asked the doctor and he said yes but do it gently and when you do, there's going to be some white stuff which is normal. but I tried and he was crying so I haven't tried since.

use Bordeaux butt paste for the raw areas. Huggies gave my baby a rash and desitin made it 10x worse. Just put the butt paste directly in his diaper and not directly on him.

@kelseys, I know I was like ehh why would I not pull it back. But my husband who is not circumcised told me that I wasn't suppose to, so I started doing my research. I've never cared for a baby boy that has an uncircumcised penis it's all very foreign to me lol. All I know how to teach is, "you wipe front to back" lol.

Pull the skin back to clean and U can apply vaseline after each change if u like
