When you sneeze & pee on yourself 😩

@natsmommy, I do kegels like all the time and I still pee a little when I sneeze

I'm taking a prenatal class at the gym and the instructor always tells me to do kegels to prevent that from happening but it happens anyway😭

I coughed and peed myself the other day lol

I have the same problem! Joys of pregnancy!

If I have a full bladder and sneeze I pee. I didn't think it would happen so soon. 😭

@jenii, yeah it be like that sometimes.... Both my pregnancies has been the leaky bladder

Yeah me to... @jenii I started sitting on the toilet while I throw up in a bowl or trash can... Way better than peeing on myself.... Pregnant problems😩😩

everytime I puke I pee myself 😔 I hate it lol
