my daughter has bug bites that have puss in them and they are red around it. she is four months old. should i pop them before i put neosporin on it to get the infection out or what?

no she got the bites at my dads. i think shes allergic to whatever bit her. @saramarie09

Sounds like fire ants.. Do you have those?

soak in a warm bath then use a washcloth with soap. i woulsnt pop them.

ohkay. i will take her on monday if it doesnt look any better

I would take her to the pediatrician . you don't want to do anything that could make it spread

Oh, I was just thinking because my daughter got into a patch they looked the exact same and from my personal experience with then they itch extremely bad after being popped @mom2be96
