Go to an Aveda salon. We have a great new blonde finish (toner) and it would be perfect for you from what I can see but I don't know how uneven it is .
And if you do go dark you will need to tone it again to fill it and then color it. If you go black it could turn greenish dark brown without filling it in. Oh I'm a stylist FYI lol so that's just my opinion.
Def would have done highlights to get blonder. But go to a salon and have them tone it. They know what they are doing. And a nice salon
@marleybunny, I used bleach then a toner. my best friend is a hair stylist she did it.
do NOT dye it black!!! buy a toner. go to sallys. the girls could help you chose a color. did you just bleach it?
I dyed mine trying to go dirty blonde to blonder. had to dye it dark to fix it :( I feel your pain

give it 3 days. I promise. every time I bleach my hair it does that wash it daily and give it 3 days I promise it'll get lighter with out the funny yellowey orange ish tint that you don't like.
