Home remedies for heartburn?! Go!!

I've heard milk & bananas... I refuse to drink milk and I don't like bananas so I can't tell Ya if it works, but you could try those.

am going thru heart burn myself and I can't sleep due to it :( I heard a table spoon of baking soda and a glass of water will help just put the one table spoon of baking soda in a glass of water and stir and drink til its gone that's what I did and it seems to be working hope it works for you.
