@phasion, because I came into the ER at 3pm with only being 3cm dilated they asked me what I wanted to do like walking or the ball or what ever to dilate and I could stay well I got on the ball spread legs apart while sitting on it and bounced on it then slowly rocked right and left and back and forth for a few more hour and kept doing the same thing and they would check the baby let me off monitors and on the ball and at 7:41pm Tuesday my water broke while I was bouncing and rocking in the ball

@vickie1812, congrats he's so handsome super adorbs 😍😍. Also why do you think that the exercise ball put you into labor? Just curious because I may be picking up one . Also how did it help and how did you use it ?
