@brandalynorgreyson, omg. Yessss only 2 tubes!? Woohoooo! I just had to get 8 tubes taken for my "pregnancy panel" for STDs and other crap! Omg I go in for mine next Monday! Did they just take it out of your arm!? Someone told me they pull it out of your belly button!!!!
I had to have one of those tests done bc I had an abnormal screening at my first ultrasound. But everything was okay and I found out I was having a baby boy. I kinda wish I waited though bc I didn't get the experience of seeing him on ultrasound and finding out that way.
@bengsmom10, they take 2 tubes of blood and test for chromosome disorders but because they test the chromosomes they can tell gender too. I'll know the sex of my baby at 11 weeks.
