@marleybunny, there good for heart burn, acid reflux and when it feels like your food is just sitting on your chest lol that's how I describe it.

And no @marleybunny they're just really good for heartburn!

@marleybunny, yes you can buy it at any drug store or grocery store. Try the melt away pills. It works really good. I was throwing up every time I ate. It helped
