My son had this issue when he started drinking formula. After day 2 I just took him to the er. They gave him a suppository and he went before we left. I hated seeing him suffer.

Praying for you... I went through that with my 3yo... Had to see so many doctors and specialist. Luckily she turned out fine. 🙏🏽🙌🏽

At first her doctor kept saying it was normal for 2 years. I took in videos we took of her screaming to the top of lungs even if it was liquids (sorry tmi). It turned out her brain was trained that when she use the bathroom it hurts so instead of releasing even as a newborn she would push to have a bm but squeeze her butt closed to not have a bm if that makes sense. This was discovered after idk how many test and tubes stuck in and out of her. Eventually they gave her lactolose (sp) a medicine that even if she try to squeeze she had no choice but to let it out. We still deal with issues but it got better. If they try to say it's normal take her somewhere else.

oh I know. I have been to two emergency rooms and 3 doctors all saying try this try that and i have already tried it. she's been on five different formulas. she's on probiotics and she drinks apple juice to help and nothing does it. its not right how much pain she is in so I won't stop til we figure it out! @ayjeffries
