don't pump and dump. safe to drive safe to breastfeed. the only thing you really need to worry about is whether you can safely hold your child.

so if you feed baby then have a couple glasses,after the 2nd one wait two hours. since babies usually eat every couple hours you may need to pump a feeding before drinking to allow the alcohol to leave your system

My Dr says wait about 2 hours after drinking to feed baby.

those strips aren't accurate

they have strips that you can test your breast milk for alcohol. :)

Breastfeeding is safe as long as you're feeling completely sober so none if you only have a little and wait till you're sober feeling to feed
