So I turned my belly band into my breast pump holder top. I put on the belly band like a tube top. Used a sharpie to mark where my nips are. Took it off and cut small holes into belly band. Now I pump hands free :) no spending money on buying one online.
I'll be 37 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I just got the belly band it helps a lot with removing some of the pressure from my pelvic area.

Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖

Breast pump covered by insurance I've already done what I needed to find out what type of pump I get covered through insurance. It turns out, with my insurance, I can't even get my pump shipped to me until I call them with all the birth details of my baby. So...wth am I supposed to do having a baby and no pump?! I plan to pump exclusively and this REALLY throws a wrench in my plans.
