Are there any breastfeeding mommies that smoke cigarettes on here? And if so could you tell me how it affected your milk supply? I smoked a few the other day and today because I'm in an extremely stressful situation and I'm worried about my supply now what I did was stupid but hindsight is 20/20.

@jomommaclark, I brush my teeth and wash my hands every time:) and I make sure he's a safe distance from the smoke.
just make sure you take precautions for the baby. I'm sure you're aware of washing up afterward and such.

I do know it can effect your supply. are you taking our doing anything to boost your supply?

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
