Omg since being sick I went from pumping 7-10oz to 2-4oz ! What can I do to bring my milk up ?!? I've tried power pumping & it only helped a little 😖😢
@paradisemama, why don't you repost to push your question up higher? 😃
@hayleymarie, where did you get your smoothies / cookies?
@preggie_usa, everything is fine I was just wanting to know if you can get the word out & ask other mommies what their remedies were . Breastfeeding is really important to me so I'm taking any & all suggestions
@paradisemama, hi why are you tagging us. Just want to check everything is ok.
Gatorade, lactation smoothies/cookies, oatmeal, and garlic pills also work along with what the ladies before me said ☺️
Thanks ladies I'll get on that ASAP @lajo @goldenboobies
you have to double if not triple your intake of water when you're sick.
Please spread the word ! I'll do everything in my power to keep my daughter breastfed !
Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖
Breast pump covered by insurance
I've already done what I needed to find out what type of pump I get covered through insurance. It turns out, with my insurance, I can't even get my pump shipped to me until I call them with all the birth details of my baby. So...wth am I supposed to do having a baby and no pump?! I plan to pump exclusively and this REALLY throws a wrench in my plans.
I need to find a breast pump that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. :(
My breast are heavy and full with milk but when I squeeze nothing comes out and when I try to pump nothing is pumped into the breast pump its like I have milk but its stuck and wont come out...any tips or help on this.. i really would like to breastfeed my daughter....
Breastfeeding moms: so I am planning on going on a 3 day vacation with my hubby & a bunch of friends to Catalina in May, (my baby won't be going with us) and I do not wanna be pumping and dumping every 2 hours out there.. so if I don't pump or breastfeed for 3-4 days, will my milk supply drop significantly? 😩😩 & I don't know how I'm gonna deal with the engorgement pain if I can't find time to pump out there.
