My baby will be 3 months in 3 days and she keeps sucking on her bottom lip . at times she will use her fingers. can that be am early sign of teething ?

oh yeah for sure, my daughter started teething at that time. then it's nonstop drooling and then she started to bite things. she got her first 2 teeth @ 6 months
