Labor story: it's pretty long..
December 31 @ 1 am my boyfriend proposed 2 hours later I looked at my finger it was turning purple cause how swollen I was we could get it off so I told him i was going to the hospital for him not to worry I'll be back. Got to the hospital they got the ring off and they checked my blood pressure it was 190/95 and they asked if I had high blood pressure all my pregnancy I said no they took blood and I peed in a cup the er doctor told me I had high levels of protein in my pee he thought I had preeclampsia so they send me up to the labor&delivery; once I got up there I had to pee in a cup again and the doctors told me my kidneys were failing I was gonna have to have my daughter early I was 28 weeks. At 7 am I called my mom and to her very thing because I was gonna have to be sent to a different hospital because that one didn't have a NICU. @ 11 am I got to the other hospital where they were able to control my blood pressure they said there plan was to keep my there til I was 34 weeks and have her then but a week later at 29 weeks blood work showed my liver was failing as well so I got an emergency c-section. She was born January 7th 10:02 am weigh 2.6 oz and was 11'6 in long. After that everything was good. All the doctors said my daughter was doing good for a baby her age that they thought she would be able to leave sooner than they thought. On January 20 I left the hospital after visiting her so she can sleep. At 10 pm before bed I called the NICU to check on her before bed they said she was fine she was sleeping so I went to bed. 7 am on the 21st got a call saying she had an infection nothing to bad but if it got worst she was gonna need surgery. 9 I got a call for a doctor saying to stay close to a phone because it's not looking good I started packing things in cases I had to stay over night with her @ 10 I got a call saying you need to get here ASAP so my fiancé and I left to the hospital we lived 45 minutes away. Once we got there she was already in life support and to weak to go to the surgery room so she had to have it in her bed side. Doctors told me she wasn't gonna make it that she might not even make it out the surgery. 30 minutes later the doctor came out and said she basically had a dead gut and there was nothing they can do but give her antibiotics and let her fight the infection. She fought from a day on January 22th around 10 am she became an angel. That was one of the hardest two days of my life I don't think I will ever feel pain as much as day. To top it all off it was my dads birthday. Till this day I still remember leaving her that night sleeping so peacefully but God does things for a reason and maybe one day I'll understand.
