So I sent my mom a text earlier of a picture of this nasty yellow discharge I've been having on and off for about a week. (I won't be posting it here because it grosses me out). I asked her what it was. My first instinct was yeast infection, because of the color and sometimes it's like cottage cheese. (Sorry if this is TMI).
I found out yesterday at the doctors that I'm 1cm dilated. My mom insisted on walking after dinner. We walked about .5 miles. This morning I wake up with this yellow discharge which mom said is my mucus plug coming out. She's so excited! She thinks we might have a baby this weekend :)

@kaylaann95, I know. I'm just all sorts of emotions right now that I didn't know what to write. Hahah. I'm excited, nervous, bored the list goes on. Plus it doesn't help that I'm at home by myself at the moment.

I've been having that also since I was 35 weeks and now I'm 39+3 no baby still:( my doc said the mucus plug doesn't really determine whether labor is near or not, he got my hopes down lol

Well I can feel my son moving in my vajayjay. Like when he moves his head and when he pushes down I can feel it. There's a lot of pelvic and vaginal pressure at the moment. So I'm thinking if it doesn't happen this weekend it will happen next week or next weekend. Who knows :)

That's how I knew my baby girl was coming sooner or later after I got the mucus looking discharge I started to get uncomfortable fast

Isn't that the worst pain ever!!:( I'm in tears most days cause it hurts every step. These babies are stubborn haha

That's what this app is for we want to hear you ramble about everything related to pregnancy. don't let rude people make you feel bad about sharing your stor, we want to hear about your gross mucus plug lol. we are all going to lose one sooner or later. Sooooo its wonderful to hear someone else's experiance on it.. you could have even posted the pic I google what mucus plugs look like because I always think I'm losing mine lol it would have been educational

@corkyt07, well so you know... It's NOT always sticky and more coagulated like the sites say. It can be like the picture, almost like a slime. Sometimes mine has little pieces of white or yellow in it. I even asked my doctor and he said it's not a yeast infection but my mucus plug is in fact coming out. :)

Here's a picture of my bump from Sunday to now. Lots of my family have been saying my baby has dropped. I'm just waiting for the contractions.
