so speaking od being induced...is there thing I should know about it? Like is it more painful,complications,worries or…

it is more pain film I was induced with my first baby thank god for the epidural

worst part for me thru all 3 of mine was the iv....I hate needles, so it was just annoying and uncomfortable not so much painful... and when they have to break your water. that's hurts like a mofo!!!!

I ended up having a c section cause I wasn't dilating and they upped the meds so fast that my contractions were too strong and too close for me to be able to breathe properly and my daughters heart rate kept dropping and nothing would bring it back up I was on oxygen from almost passing out

@babycasey, needles dont bother me at all so ill be okay there but now im kinda nervous about having my water broke :(

@hayleymarie, oh no!! that terrifying... sorry u had to go through that...im hoping it all goes well and I can hace him vaginally but either way as long as he comes out healtgy im good ;)

It was pretty terrifying like they came in told me I HAD to get the epidural or a spinal block NOW and we had to go straight to surgery..in the end it was all worth it as soon as baby girl was out and all cleaned up her heart rate was back to normal. I hope everything goes well for you as well ☺️ I was 41+3 when induced and apparently baby girl was NOT gunna come out

I heard it's more painful which I believe because it felt like my soul stretching out of my body. I was in labor for 36 hours and pushed for 2 hours

Mine was ok... Birth isn't "fun". But they started my induction process at midnight- put in the pills to start the process at 2 and then 6am, didn't feel anything until about noon and once I felt contractions they were intense. I ended up getting a shot before the epidural so by the time I got the epidural I was OUT of it. The epidural helped me dilate quicker because I was less tense, and right before the 4th hour of active labor I gave birth. I tore pretty bad with a 5 pound baby but I think it was because I wasn't ready to push so I strained a lot.

being induced is nothing, but what comes after that is pain... not fun. I was induced twice...

mine was simple started at 5pm they gave me pitocin in my iv and at 5am I was holding my baby girl..... and I from my experience it hurts no worse the. you going into labor on your own for me my natural labor hurt more then when I got induced .... don't let other moms experience scare you I was terrified of being induced I did and it ended up not being that bad every mom is different

They tried to induce me years ago when I had my first and nothing happened, so I told them to take him by C section. I have no clue what contractions or anything feels like. I feel like a FTM as far as the birthing part goes. Hope everything goes smoothly for you!
