@babybump3, i had no idea u could get one at the hospital im gonna ask them first hell if i can get one free why not? lol im a cheap ass. i even stole underwear and pads from the hospital. Oh well lol!!!!!

well I got my belly band from the hospital...but try looking on Amazon...I seen some on there really cheap...like $30...

nope not necessary, but it definitely helps...I had two c sections and wore the belly bands after both, my tummy went down very fast

No, but I have heard by many women that it helps bring everything back together. I'm going to get one this time.
